Twenty years in IT taught me one thing: technology is rarely the problem. The problem is that nobody has the time to understand how the work happens before automating it.
Today I do three things — design, implement and teach AI inside small and mid-sized companies. I work alone by choice: whoever runs the diagnosis is whoever builds and whoever delivers the training. There is no handover between layers, and no account manager repeating what I said.
