TERMS AND CONDITIONS

How I work, what is included and what I do not promise

These terms apply to the website and to the consulting, automation and training services. Whatever is written in each proposal prevails over this page. In case of conflict, the Portuguese version of these terms prevails.

Services

  • Diagnostic consulting, implementation of automations and assistants, and team training.
  • Every engagement is defined by a written proposal with scope, deadline and a fixed price.
  • There is no public price list: the scope determines the value, presented after the first conversation.

Free initial conversation

  • The first 30-minute conversation is free and without commitment.
  • Its purpose is to understand the context and say honestly whether it makes sense to proceed.
  • It does not constitute a proposal or a reservation of time in the calendar.

Client obligations

  • Appoint an internal person with decision-making authority for the project.
  • Provide the necessary system access within the agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure you have the right to use the data and documents you make available to me.
  • Delays in providing access or information may change agreed deadlines.

Payments

  • Invoicing in phases, as defined in the proposal.
  • Payment term of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before being carried out.

Ownership and reuse

  • The workflows, prompts and documentation produced for the client become the client's property upon full payment.
  • I retain the right to reuse methods, structures and generic knowledge on other projects.
  • Case studies are only published with written authorisation, anonymised by default.

Limitations of liability

  • AI systems can produce wrong results: every workflow delivered includes human validation points wherever the decision has impact.
  • I do not guarantee specific business outcomes or the availability of third-party platforms.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount invoiced on the project in question.
  • Maintenance and changes after delivery are contracted separately.

Governing law

  • Portuguese law applies.
  • Disputes are settled in the competent courts in Portugal, without prejudice to settlement by agreement.
  • These terms may be updated; the applicable version is the one in force on the date of the proposal.
