Yes. Whoever runs the diagnosis is whoever implements and whoever delivers the
training. When a project needs extra hands, I say so up front and coordinate the
specialists myself.
Because you don't pay for a sales structure and you don't repeat the context to
every new person. You talk to whoever does the work, you decide faster, and the
knowledge stays in your team.
No, if it's configured properly. We use business accounts with retention and
training switched off, and we define in writing what may leave the company.
It depends on the scope, so there's no price list. After the 30 free minutes you
get a fixed proposal with the expected outcome and a deadline.
That's the most common obstacle. It's exactly why the training starts from their
own tasks, and why the first workflow is chosen to take tedious work off their
hands — not to monitor them.
On site anywhere in mainland Portugal, and remotely with companies anywhere in the
European Union. Projects are mostly remote, with on-site days where they earn their
keep — the diagnosis interviews and the training. I work in English and Portuguese.
